We couldn't have had the wedding of our dreams without Mindy Rosas from Tulum Living coordinate our wedding. The hotel put us in contact with her when we were still deciding on venues (we also met with different coordinators while venue shopping before the wedding) & from day one she was on top of it & always made herself available to talk and work out any kinks. We knew this was our girl & our venue - it was a perfect match for us. She and her team were polite, friendly, honest, easy going & always hustling to get the job done. Every detail of the wedding went through her. We love everyone on staff at the hotel and appreciate all of the teamwork that goes into a wedding but honestly Mindy was what made the wheels turn for us specifically on our wedding day. She even made herself available/present at our welcome party & outside event bar crawl just to make sure stress was taken off us and everyone was having a good time...:)

Our wedding was an amazing experience. Without a doubt this was in large part due to our wedding coordinator, Mindy Rosas. I don't have a lot of experience with wedding planning, but I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than Mindy, especially in Tulum. Mindy is American but has been in Tulum for a long time now, meaning she can perfectly work between American/English speaking couples and all of the local vendors. In fact, every vendor Mindy provided was EXCELLENT, and we barely had to lift a finger to coordinate anything. Every aspect of our wedding was fantastic, either because of Mindy or the vendors she hired for us. She took the design ideas we had and created a beautiful environment that our guests were gushing about. We had a potential rain storm coming and she quickly adapted everything. I forgot a song for the reception and Mindy made sure it got on the playlist just an hour or two before the ceremony. A guest got too drunk and they were put to bed before any one even noticed. I could go on about the various aspects of the party - the fun side activities like a polaroid picture 'booth', the amazing arbor her husband put together, under which we were married, etc - but I think if I could say one thing about Mindy's work its that she genuinely seems to enjoy it, and sincerely makes you feel like making your wedding special means everything to her. She takes her job very seriously while having a lot of fun, and I think she can be very helpful for people who aren't used to the culture and pace of life in Tulum. She definitely has the experience, is very versatile/easily adapts when needed, and also has a good energy and creativity that she brings to making the wedding perfect and getting everyone excited. If you are thinking about getting married in Tulum, I would recommend her a thousand times over.

Cabanas la Luna was the perfect place to plan our Tulum wedding. It is small yet spacious and the grounds and staff are lovely and accommodating. We decided on our wedding here after the hotel paired us up with Mindy Rosas of Tulum Living. We worked with her over the past 2 years to plan our perfect day at the hotel and it was nothing short of spectacular. Our friends and family fell in love with the intimacy of La Luna and the food and culture of Tulum. Mindy set us up with the best vendors in the Yucatan Penninsula - from professional hair and make-up (Besos Brides!) to an amazing DJ (Plug In) who kept the party going all night long. We could not have done it without Mindy and her careful attention to all the details that meant so much to us. We love la Luna and our family has not stopped talking about going back since. They accommodated everyone and their different needs so well. I wish I could relive the wedding week all over again - it was truly magical and the best time of our lives. Thank you Mindy and La Luna for everything!!!!!!

We just got married in Tulum in April 2016 and if we were to do it all over again we would do it there the same way! All our friends and family loved the friendly atmosphere in a gorgeous setting. ..We particularly loved the help of Mindy Rosas (or we could call her magical Mindy, check her pinterest page under « Tulum Living »). We were so lucky to be introduced to Mindy Rosas, our wedding planner, upon booking our dates at La Luna. I do not have enough amazing things to say about her. She is an animal (in the most positive and loving way)! Our wedding was even more incredible, beautiful, and perfect than we could have ever imagined, thanks to her. From day one, Mindy and I sent countless emails back and forth, had phone calls and sent glorious google doc spreadsheets to make sure all details big and small were taken care of. Her assistant Myriam was a doll and so incredibly helpful as well. With their help, we not only planned a wedding, there were shuttles for all of our guests, excursions, delivered welcome bags to all guests staying not only at La Luna but other hotels and B&Bs as well, restaurant reservations and a private catamaran ride for our over 80 guests!! All of which went on without a hitch. The day of set up for the wedding was magical...Mindy and Myriam made sure my (now) husband and I and our families were so well taken care of. She made sure we were fed (bacon wrapped shrimp, endive boats, beer, champagne and waters) to both of our respective getting ready locations...it was all a dream. She made sure vendors and all paperwork for a legal Mexican ceremony were taken care of and made what would have been a complicated process, so incredibly easy for them and for us. I could go on and on. Mindy and Myriam, we are go incredibly grateful for you both and the extremely hard work you put in to make this the wedding of our dreams. We and ALL of our guests are still talking about the week long wedding rager of the year! We cannot thank you enough and look forward to our next trip to Tulum to spend some time with you and take you both out for drinks ;)! Overall, this venue killed in on every level. Keep doing what you are doing La Luna...WE LOVE YOU and cannot wait to come back. 10 out of 10!!

I've traveled all over the world since birth, so I know what is expected from a vacation! Cabanas La Luna exceeded our expectation. This place will give you everything you need to escape to paradise. If you are looking for true paradise you go there! I planned my sister’s bachelorette party here because it was still a get-away close enough for everyone to get to, without having to go to Thailand or Bali. We wanted Mexico without the crazy Cancun vibe, without the thousands of people in your hotel and screaming kids. We wanted… paradise. To enjoy each other's company, sun, beach, drinks, delicious food, calm warm waters. I wanted to plan a beautiful beach dinner for my sister on the night we arrived. I worked with the event coordinator Mindy, who was awesome! I asked her for a couple “musts”: flowers, lights and selected menu. Boy did her team blow us away! We were asked to meet at reception. There we were greeted with flowers and the bride her own special flower. They walked us to the beach and with a huge chalk board sign congratulating my sister. We sat under four posts wrapped in white lights! A beautiful round table dressed in white lines and flowers. We were greeted with a waiter holding a tray a champagne glasses and berries for her Welcome Bachelorette Toast! We had our private bar that was an open bar for a couple hours just for us. The food was FANTASTIC. Their chef is a real chef. Grilled octopus, risotto, fish, to die! Our first day there and already everyone could have gone home having the best time.

Our wedding itself was amazing, we couldn't have asked for more. The hotel works with an excellent wedding planner (Mindy) who did an excellent job and we had the perfect wedding. On our last night, sea turtles hatched very late in the year and the staff came to find me and my family to help release them into the sea. It was very thoughtful and a magical experience for us.

Not only will she brilliantly plan and coordinate your wedding, she can also recommend the most memorable excursions with her network of interesting Tulum guides. Amazing.

Mindy Rosas planned an unforgettable wedding, dinner, and dance for us. She has relationships with vendors in the Tulum area to create a seamless, beautiful celebration. Most of the details came together in the final few weeks before our trip and when we met Mindy in person, we knew we had trusted the right person with our special event. She also coordinated a couple of other activities in the days leading up to our wedding (private shuttles to/from the Cancun airport, welcome reception around the Zanzibar pool, babysitters and games for the kids, and a happy hour at Mi Amor for the adults) and was present throughout the wedding weekend to answer questions and support our guests. Many of our guests commented that the dinner, served family-style, was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding and the experience of dancing barefoot on the sand under the stars was incredibly fun (thank you to our DJ, Martin!). After meeting with Edmonda, GM and Mindy, Wedding Coordinator (Guru) we knew we found the perfect place...and truth be told, Chef Tony had us at first bite. Food at Las Estrellas restaurant is beyond amazing! Fast forward to June 2015, we were not disappointed and only affirmed our decision. While Tulum is truly a special place and Mayan history is fascinating, CLL elevated the experience with their standout team simply by making it our home away from home. Our wedding day was indeed a fairy tale. Our family union and vacation was amazing; such great beach moments catching waves/rays and particularly our inaugural family dodgeball competition.

The groom had an ear infection and she cured it just with her hands - no, I joke but she solved it. Whatever we needed she made happen and with a smile on her face.
